Prana Yoga
Prana originally comes from Sanskrit and translates to life force. The Prana energy is all around us. Therefore, the practice not only focuses on the physical part of yoga (asanas), but on yoga as a whole.
At Prana Yoga, the focus is on the connection between body, mind and spirit.
Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is required.
Good to know
The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts.
Please bring your own mat or rent one for 50kr.
Please arrive changed. There are toilets but no changing rooms.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pair of warm socks for savasana.
Please be quiet in the corridors before and after class.
