Stockholm Saltspa

Stockholm Saltspa offers a relaxing environment where you can breathe out, breathe in and feel good. Here you can go for salt room treatments (halotherapy) with light therapy and yoga classes.

A salt room is a room covered in rock salt from ceiling to floor. During the treatment, a salt generator blows out pure and microscopically atomised salt dust made of rock salt. The salt has a stimulating, cleansing and healing effect on both the skin and the respiratory system as it kills bacteria.

In combination with light therapy, you sit facing light therapy lamps. The lamps are energising and are medically approved for the treatment of conditions such as seasonal depression.

Booking information

• Classes included are booked in the Bruce app.

• As a Black and Epic member you can book the salt room treatment below.

• Salt room treatments are booked via Bokadirekt. Select ‘salt room treatment with light therapy’.

• Enter your Bruce membership number as a comment and select ‘pay on site’. You will not pay anything, it is the actual check-in with Bruce that is your ‘payment’.

• In case of no-show or non-cancelled salt room treatment, you will be personally invoiced the regular treatment price by Saltspa. Salt room treatment is cancelled at BokaDirekt.

• Check in as usual when you are on site.

Good to know

• The classes are held in Swedish.

• Doors open approximately 15 minutes before the start of the session and lock 5 minutes before. It is not possible to enter later.

• If the door is locked when you are going to the salt room treatment, ring the bell (possibly several times - not always heard well due to two floors) and they will come and open.

• The treatment takes 45 minutes and you sit in shorts and tank top.

• Kimonos and bathrobes and slippers are available to buy or rent.

• Showering afterwards is not recommended as it is good to leave the salt on the skin.
