Throughout the experience, the sauna master guides you through three rounds of heat. Between rounds, there are breaks where you can cool down under cold water showers and cold plunges. **Good to know** * The sauna can be found behind Kaffe Departementet. * Please arrive 10 minutes before. * Remember two towels, one to sit on and one for afterwards. * You also need to bring a water bottle and shower sandals can be a good idea as well.

If you want to store your belongings, please bring a padlock. * There is no lockers at Broens Skøjtebane. * There are to different locations for the sessions, be mindful of which location you have booked for.
