hale is a breathwork center and community. Founded in Stockholm 2019 by a passionate group of experienced and certified breath guides, hale helps people breathe, connect and grow.

They started with a simple idea: to give all humans easy access to breathwork and the power of breath. Breathwork is an unmatched tool for improving the quality of breathing and life. It is simple, effective and rewarding.

It is recommended that you take the intro class your first time at hale.

Good to know

• The studio at Garnisonen is on the bottom floor. At Banérgatan 28, enter through the gate and walk straight ahead to entrance 28B, see map. On your lefthand side, you’ll see the studio's windows.

• The code to the door at Garnisonen is 3824. It works 15 minutes prior and after class, and is also valid for the bathroom outside the studio.

• hale recommends breathing on an empty or light stomach, to reap the most benefits of the breathwork.
