Alex Beck Outdoor Training is an empowering workout held outdoors, no matter the season or weather in epic surroundings! You’ll receive a specially designed set of headphones before each class, so you can experience motivating music as well as the instructions without being bothered or bothering the surroundings. **Good to know** * Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start, so you can get your equipment in order without interrupting the class. * Please bring a yoga mat and plenty of water. * Changing rooms and toilets are not available. * Dress in zip down layers, so you can easily take them off once you get warm, without removing the headphones. * All classes are taught in English. * The workout takes place under the bike shed at Karen Blixens Plads – please see the map. * The classes are held at a sheltered spot.
