Sagene Folkebad is a beautiful historic bath from 1899. After an extensive restoration in collaboration with the City Antiquarian, Oslo Badstuforening reopened the venue to the public in spring 2025. The facility includes two spacious saunas, shower facilities, bucket showers, cold plunge pools, and well-designed changing rooms with private changing booths and small lockable lockers. **Good to know** * Visits must take place within the days and opening hours shown in the app. Visits outside these hours must be paid separately at the reception. * The pool is included from 06:30–08:30 and 21:15–22:30. Outside these days and hours, only the sauna is available. This increases the chances of getting a spot, but it cannot always be guaranteed. Each session lasts for 90 minutes. Sauna hosts are on site and have an overview of the capacity at all times. * Bring swimwear, a water bottle, a towel for drying off and one to sit on in the sauna. * Shower without swimwear before entering the sauna or cold plunge. Tie up long hair before using the cold plunge. * Always sit on a towel in the sauna. Rinse and wring out your swimwear after using the sauna. * All sauna use is at your own risk. * Small lockers with locks are available. Bring your own padlock or purchase one on site. Mobile phones should be left in the changing room. * Alcohol is not permitted, and visibly intoxicated individuals will be denied entry. * Please inform the staff if you experience anything uncomfortable. The wellness area offers something extra. Lower your shoulders in warm pools, enjoy an infrared sauna and steam room, relax in two jacuzzis, and unwind along a comfortably furnished poolside. In the therapy pool, you’ll find integrated massage jets and a waterfall that gently massages your neck and shoulders. The water is heated to 34 degrees, with depths ranging from 1.1 to 1.6 metres and a shallow area sloping from 0 to 1.1 metres. The steam room and infrared sauna provide soothing warmth and deep relaxation. Just outside, two waterfall showers let you rinse off before returning to the pools. **Good to know** * Lockers have integrated locks activated with your ticket. * There is an additional fee of 60 NOK for members after 4 PM. * Please return your wristband to the reception when you are finished. * Towels are available for purchase or rental. * Swimwear and other essentials for water activities are sold on site. * Food and drinks are available for purchase.

Røa Bad is Oslo’s only water park and offers a wide selection of pools with different temperatures, depths, and sizes. Here, you can combine active swimming, play in the water, and relaxing moments – whenever it suits you. The 25-metre pool has lanes for swimming. The shallow area, from one to 1.4 metres, features air bubbles and is often used for obstacle courses that add variation. The deepest part is 2.5 metres, ideal for diving and jumping from the edge or starting blocks. If you want speed and fun, try the water slide stretching over several floors. It is 56 metres long, includes time tracking, and features playful turns. The whirlpool is heated to 32 degrees and is 1.5 metres deep. Float with the current, move against the resistance, or relax in the bubbling centre.
