Your guides, known as operators, will lead you through a carefully curated journey of sauna rituals, cold plunges, and breathwork.

No experience is needed, everyone is welcome.

* Kindly arrive on time. The door closes 5 minutes before the session begins.
* Sacred Sauna is a space for presence, community, and transformation. When booking and attending a class, you approve these rules.
* This is an outdoor studio. No changing rooms or toilets are available.
* Cold showers are provided between sessions in the sauna.
* Bring your own swimwear and towel.
