Abhaya Studio

Abhaya Studio is a beautiful and modern yoga studio in Frösunda, located near Mall of Scandinavia, Winery Hotel and Hagaparken.

It offers varied classes and many of them end with deep rest to the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong. Groups at the studio are small, with a maximum of nine people, meaning you get more care from the teacher.

When you enter, you will be greeted by a welcoming and warm atmosphere and you are welcome to stay after class for a cup of tea, or just to socialize.

Good to know

• You must check in at least 10 minutes before the start. The door to the studio will be locked during classes. The studio is open 15 minutes before and after a class.

• The changing room and shower are unisex. It is also possible to change in the treatment room.
