Göteborgs Karate Kai was established in 1965 and is one of Sweden's oldest karate clubs.

The head instructor is Shihan Howard Collins, who has lifelong experience in Kyokushin Karate and is one of the few individuals worldwide to have achieved the rank of 8th dan.

No prior experience is needed, and you can train in regular workout clothes.

Good to know

Take the staircase up to the dojo.
While bag gloves are not required, they are recommended. There are few gloves available to borrow.
The dojo closes 30 minutes after the class.
