B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

In order to achieve our ambitious plans we are currently looking for a talented B2B Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll play an important role in a small team and you’ll report to our Head of B2B. Every coworker is carefully selected to best fit the team, and we all carry a great portion of attentiveness, true instinct and talent.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will:
- Map, contact, and drive sales with potential B2B customers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired customers
- Follow up with customers and report feedback to Head of B2B
- Identify B2B development areas and drive resolutions
- Track and report market and competitor activities
- Report monthly to Head of B2B
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within SMEs and/or the same industry as Bruce Studios
- Is relationship-oriented and capable of creating long-term partnerships, both internally and externally
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has a results-driven mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Is fluent in English and Swedish, a plus if you also speak Danish or Norwegian
- Demonstrates grit and resilience, thriving in high-pressure situations and persisting through challenges to deliver exceptional results
- Has problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions for clients
- Has capacity to analyze customer needs and sales data for strategy improvement
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
