At Just Sauna you get a unique wellness experience that mixes heat, cold and community. A SaunaGus consists of three sessions, with time to cool down in the cold tubs and showers in between. At Just Sauna, the soothing heat of the sauna is combined with the refreshing cold dip as well as breathing techniques and uplifting music to help you recharge your body and mind and reset your nervous system. All SaunaGusmasters are educated and trained to guide you through the heat. Here, the Gusmasters will create a space for self-reflection in the heat with a focus on calm, reflection and contemplation. Welcome to a supportive and inclusive community. **Good to know** * Bring swimwear, two towels, a water bottle and swim shoes or flip flops if needed. * Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, check in and be ready for your session. * Sauna caps are available to borrow in Albertslund. * Towels are available for hire if you have forgotten two large towels. * Drinking water and electrolytes are available. Remember to bring your own water bottle.
