Myrens Treningssenter & Squash
Myrens Treningssenter and Squash are located in spacious, bright, and airy facilities in the central part of Torshov.
Here, you can enjoy both squash, solo training, and group classes led by highly skilled instructors.
Additionally, there are martial arts classes with experienced trainers, offering Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and BJJ Nogi.
The center features two group fitness rooms, a spinning studio, and a dedicated running room.
The squash department is the largest in Norway, boasting 8 top international ASB squash courts.
You can book a court up to two days in advance.
How to book a squash court
Check availability for the time you wish to play by following this link Myrens Squash.
Call Myrens at 23 226 767 if you want to pre-book a squash court. This can be done up to one day in advance. More information is available in the Myrens Squash app.
If you're playing with someone who is not a Bruce member, they must pay for half of the court rental at the reception.
If both players are Bruce members, both must scan the QR code at the reception and show their tickets.
The maximum playing time per day is 60 minutes.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Good to know
Myrens Treningssenter and Oslo Squash count as one provider and therefore share the booking limit of 8 visits per calendar month.
It is not allowed to train in just a sports bra or bare-chested.
Indoor shoes are mandatory.
Myrens has its own booking rules, meaning you will be blocked from booking sessions for 14 days if you have two late check-ins, late cancellations, or no-shows within 14 days.
If you play alone for 60 minutes, 30 minutes are covered by your membership, and you pay for the remaining 30 minutes. If you bring a friend who is not a Bruce member or a Myrens member, your friend pays for 30 minutes, while your membership covers your 30 minutes.
