EMS training is also a safe and effective form of training for both rehabilitation and injury prevention. The training takes place in an Xbody suit with electrodes that send electrical impulses to the major muscle groups throughout your workout. What's more, EMS is far more effective than other forms of exercise. Each workout only takes 20 minutes, but is equivalent to 90 minutes of hard conventional training.
