M Studio
Personalised EMS training at M Studio is an easy and complete solution if you want to get fit, build muscle, strengthen tissue and reduce body fat. EMS training is also a safe and effective form of training for both rehabilitation and injury prevention.
What's more, EMS is far more effective than other forms of exercise. Each workout only takes 20 minutes, but is equivalent to 90 minutes of hard conventional training.
The focus is always on your wellbeing and health, so you get the best results.
Good to know
Please arrive 3-5 minutes before your session so you can get changed and ready for your workout.
Entrance is down the stairs to the left.
You can borrow the mandatory tracksuit for the training free of charge. If you want to buy your own, this is also possible.
