Prana Yoga
Prana originally comes from Sanskrit and translates to life force. The Prana energy is all around us. Therefore, the practice not only focuses on the physical part of yoga (asanas), but on yoga as a whole.
At Prana Yoga, the focus is on the connection between body, mind and spirit.
Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is required.
Good to know
- Some classes are held at other locations. Check the class description for more info.
- The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts.
- Please arrive changed. There are toilets but no changing rooms.
- Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pair of warm socks for savasana.
- Bring your own mat, or you can borrow one.
- Please be quiet in the corridors before and after class.

Reviews
Super nice and chill pre-bed workout. Take into account it is deep yin yoga, with long holding of poses, so it can feel rather hard or boring for some, like my friend. Aromatherapy is just a point at the beginning. Knowing this, it is quite nice to chill and prepare for bed.
