Unno Studios, your unique space for training and wellness, no matter your experience level. Here you can learn how training your body and mindset can become a relief rather than a burden in your daily life.

No matter what is done in the group training room, you should do what feels good for you!

The intention at Unno is to create a safe space to break away from the noise of everyday life and life's challenges. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of experience level.

Good to know

• Enter through the main entrance from the parking lot or the entrance by the reception/lounge area via Lemberggade 15. The studio is located at the far end past the reception/lounge area.

• For breathwork and meditation, you’re welcome to bring your own blanket or a warm sweater.

• If there is at least one participant who doesn’t speak Danish, the class will be taught in English otherwise the class is in Danish.

• Classes always ends with a little relaxation with calming scents.
